Now let's talk about Kashmiri Chai and How to make Kashmiri Chai
Kashmiri Chai is basically our authentic Pink Chai or Gulabi Chai from Kashmir Valley also known as Noon Chai is a traditional tea beverage.
Recipe:
I am gonna tell you the recipe of Kashmiri chai (Pink Tea). By following some simple steps, you can make fantastic tea.
Ingredient :
- 2 cups of water
- 2 tablespoon green tea
- A little bit salt if you want
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups of milk
Instructions :
Put a saucepan on the furnace. Pour the water into it for boiling. After that put all the ingredients into the water. Put this mixture on fire for boiling for a few minutes
Boil milk separately. Must keep an eye on the temperature of the fire. It should be normal. Keep shaking the mixture. When one cup of water left in the saucepan, pour two cups of ice-cold water into it. Once one cup has been evaporated turn off the fire. Meanwhile milk has been boiled turn off that furnace too.
Put 2 tablespoon sugar in milk and mix the Kehwa.
